Meet The Team
Tom Greenway Image
Tom Greenway
Managing Director

Tom was 25 when he discovered CG on a multimedia course at college. He progressed to a Computer Animation MA at Bournemouth NCCA, then joined a 3D studio in London. All the while 3dtotal.com was growing as a hobby. In 2001, he took the leap and started 3dtotal full-time. And it's been growing ever since! Tom also works as a woodsman (as he's now getting on a bit and slowly turning into his Dad, who thinks anyone who works in CG helps the Coast Guard)

Simon Morse Image
Simon Morse
Studio Manager

Simon is currently serving his second sentence at 3dtotal after taking a couple of years out to write and illustrate children's books. He's happy to be back as the Studio Manager and is also the proud founding father of Burrito Thursday. When you think of Simon three things come to mind: pasty shoes, a big forehead, and bad jokes!

Melanie Smith Image
Melanie Smith
Production & Communications Editor

Melanie comes from a publishing background and has previously worked for academic and educational publishers. Having always had a strong interest in art, she is now very pleased to be working for 3dtotal. Melanie enjoys skiing, Burrito Thursdays, and trying to exercise enough to justify Burrito Thursdays.

Annie Moss Image
Annie Moss
Junior Editor

Annie comes from an arts background and studied contemporary fine art and literature at university. She spent time travelling and exploring different roles in the arts industry before taking an English Literature MA. Having joined 3dtotal in 2015, Annie enjoys working with some amazing artists and finding new talent for 2dartist magazine.

Marisa Lewis Image
Marisa Lewis
Junior Editor

Marisa studied illustration and creative digital media at university, and loves to both create and look at art. She lurked around doing drawing-related odd jobs for a while, before joining 3dtotal full-time in 2014. She loves books, games, music, shoes, dogs, and dragons, and is a loyal member of the Burrito Thursday squad.

Adam Smith Image
Adam Smith
Publishing Coordinator

Adam joined the staff at 3dtotal in August 2013, bringing with him writing and editing experience, as well as the will to help customers. He is also a novelist, poet and short story writer, and his work can be found here:http://bit.ly/28Iplvq

Imogen Williams Image
Imogen Williams
Lead Graphic Designer

Imi originally worked for 3dtotal in 2007 as a design intern while studying at college. After graduating from university, she went on to work for a number of (super busy!) design and marketing agencies, specialising in design for print. In 2013, she rejoined the 3dtotal team as our Lead Designer, bringing with her a keen eye for design and layout.

Matthew Lewis Image
Matthew Lewis
Graphic Designer

Matt first began his affiliation with 3dtotal towards the end of 2005 when he joined 3dtotal as a part-time designer while studying at the local art college. After a stint in Cardiff, Wales, where he completed his degree in Graphic Communication, he returned to Worcester - and the 3dtotal team - to take a full-time position on the design team.

Joe Cartwright
Graphic Designer

Joe joined 3dtotal full-time in 2016 having previously supported the design team through busy periods. Among many other projects he works on the monthly digital art magazine 2dartist, although Joe's primary responsibility is as office quizmaster. Joe is also contractually obliged to provide his colleagues with monthly instalments of banoffee pie, a role he greatly enjoys.

Tristan Rowley Image
Tristan Rowley
IT Manager & Web Developer

A long-term computer geek, thrilled to be in charge of the SysAdmin/WebDev/IT-dogsbody duties for 3dtotal, and constantly amazed by the outstanding quality of the technology and digital art out there, Tristan wishes that these amazing tools and helpful resources had existed back in 1995 when he was struggling to learn the ropes on DeluxePaint and Imagine 3D on his trusty Commodore Amiga!

Greg Carslaw Image
Greg Carslaw
Games Designer

Greg has been playing and designing games for as long as he's been able to walk. He likes to think that he's finally getting good at it, although he claims that he still falls over sometimes. He enjoys linguistic ambiguities, cultural change and chocolate; he's also a doctor of psychology, but prefers playing games with people to studying them!
