Character concepts and development for Gnome like thieves, I imagined them as like little bald rats that steal bits of metal and screws to make their armour. They are a little tribe and go on organised raids so i wanted to give them night vision goggles and mechanical grabbers. In the later stages i was helped by Amy Ash with some of the prop modelling. Zbrush sculpts were rendered in keyshot with a number of procedural passes and comped, painted over in Photoshop for the final look dev. The first two rejected concepts were more inspired by insects and a bat like vampire.
