I have worked on the Scamps for Elder Scrolls Online cinematic. I have started from an old asset and dynameshed it in Zbrush. I kept refining and dynameshing it until I had a clear idea about the anatomy I wanted to put on this guy. When I reached to that point I zremeshed it and then started sculpting in Zbrush. Textures are handpainted in Mari, hair is Ornatrix. Shading/rendering in Vray.
