This was my first attempt at making a last generation game character. I found the techniques used today, to do this kind of work, very interesting. I followed the workflow used in Epic Games, showed in the Ballistic book Character Modeling 2. It was very fun to make this character and I learned a lot. I will try to make more and better characters in the future.
There are 7,644 triangles for the guy and 3,262 for the gun. Rendered using scanline. No post production on the character.
