13. Select the edge of your object as shown.
14. Shift then drag as shown.
15. Weld encircled vertex to have a solid object.

16. Select edge as shown.

17. Shift drag to Y axis.
18. On the modify panel select symmetry.

19. Your model should be something like this.

20. Select your object then on the top menu hit tools > Array
21. Copy the value shown above (array dimension 1D = 55, “incremental Y = 30 this value may change”) you must to have the figure shown below.

22. Select your first object then on the modify panel click Attach List. Select the entire duplicate object then hit attaches.

23. When all the objects are attached together select Bend on the Modifier List then select the value as shown below.
24. Drag the down button on the bend/angle until the two end points meet.

25. You’re going to have something like this.

26. Notice that there is something wrong with the shadow on the tire, the trick here is you need to Faceted your material. See below (this is my material on the tire).

28. To complete the tire, we need to create tube object then align it to the tire and mesh smooth (note the tube object material are not Faceted).
