Do a few extrudes and insets to create this circular bolt. Do some chamfers to get some nice sharp edges.
Select the polys shown and inset.
Arrange the vertices into a hexagonal shape and then do some extrudes and insets to make another bolt. Chamfer away to sharpen the edges.
