The face is now ok, I’ve finished the texture, and found the right hair cut. I didn't paint the hair strands one by one I opted to paint it in blocks and choose just one part to detail as best as I could, this will be the more lightened area. For single hair strands I've used a basic round edge brush set the dynamic shape with hardness 100%, I will also blur the extremities with the blur tool.

The ballroom dress is right here, so to paint this kind of thing, just sketch some random lines before, then on another layer paint the folders. I must say it was the most difficult part of the painting, so I hardly recommend to sketch the folders first :)
