'Do you want to play with me'

Step 6 - Gorgeous Feet and a Funny hair cut:

Now, I’ll work on the dress. As you can see, I’ve tried another design as I often try different shapes until I find the one I love. So below is not the final design for the dress. I also refine the feet some moret, adding more light and shadows, also smoothing the skin with a spackled brush. The hair cut is absolutely awful, so I’ll work that with a spackled brush, lock by lock, trying to find a style I want. The face is almost finished now, and I've add some freckles to her cheeks, and some more dots of yellow into her eyes and some green on her lips.

Next I continue working on the hand, you can see the colour I choose for finalizing the hands are red and green for some of the darker parts, orange for the fingers extremities, and some pale blue for the light. For the “skin folds” I use a basic round brush, sets on dynamic shape, this kind of brush is really useful for detail like this, or for creating hair.

Step 7 - Finishing the anatomy:

We’re almost there, I’ve finally found the dress that Im going to use in the final piece, I want something with a lot of folds like a ballroom dress and I think I have come up with that. But that doesn’t matter right now as I'm now finishing her body, smoothing the whole thing. I wont over smooth the skin, because I want to keep a little colour variation and texture as I don’t want a “plastic render” look to her. I also decide that her feet dont have enough contrasted, so I've add more dark red on to the toes and refine them with a basic round edge brush set on dynamic shape.

The doll is also now finished, I’ve just added a little crown, and some light dots onto the collar of her dress.
