Now
we create a cylinder with 12 sides in the Top View, and 5 Height Segments, and
3 cap-segments. It has a radius of 3, and a height of 13. And it’s position
isn’t the middle of the table, it gets put anywhere of the table.
Let’s
now select these vertices in the edit mesh modifier:
Now
we move the vertices up a bit, in the front window:
Now
we choose the upper vertices, and scale them to 190:
Now
we scale following rings of vertices (every ring sepparately).
Looks
a bit like a glass now, doesn’t it?
5. Texturing
So,
we have a relatively nice glass, and a simple table, but it sure still needs color:
Let’s
open the Material Editor (press the "M" key), and, aha, lots of spheres...
