3ds Max, Photoshop, mental ray

Fig.10 shows the settings for the ambient occlusion.

In Photoshop, we can do some color correction and contrast (Fig.11).

Hello ! Very good tuturial. Any reason why I can only render camera 1 ? Camera 2 gets stuck on 91.7 photon emission. Please help !

I understand that the SA was rendered separately, for the second pass? Why not make it right in the list of render elements?
