I needed lots of big windows and doors to get lots of nice evening light inside my lounge, so I opened my model on two sides and built big windows from top to bottom (Fig.05).
The next step was to fill the lounge with interiour furniture and a nice kitchen. I am not the greatest modeler so I grabbed models from Designconnected and Turbosquid (Fig.06).
A special part of the interior was the floor. It was made with the famous Floor Generator plugin from CGSource.com, which is a great tool for generating random-looking wooden floors (Fig.07).
The multi material that comes with this plugin is great at generating different effects on the floor in the color you want. So just give it a try and play with the settings. There is not much to say about it because it is just easy to use. Here are my settings for the floor (Fig.08 - 09). I used the same multi texture for the Reflection, Glossiness and Bump.
