Welcome to the third of this three part Walkthrough Painting tutorial series, which will cover the painting the different element to a cityscape. The series is broken into three parts as shown below:

This AVI utilises the xvid codec, a lot of people currently have problems playing xvid through wmp/winamp due to the new security measures introduced, if you have any problems playing this file, I recommend downloading the videolan player (www.videolan.org/vlc/),as it plays everything thrown at it, saves messing around finding a codec that works.
