I worked on this as well - for around 13 months. I'm really looking forward to seeing it. It's quite amazing to see how inspirational Edgar Rice Burroughs books have been on so many film makers (George Lucas' Star Wars, Cameron's Avatar, etc.).Went to the John Carter VFX wrap party last night at the Natural History Museum here in London. It was impressive to say the least. It's been a long ride and mostly an enjoyable one.

I worked on this over a year ago in London at just one of the few vfx houses doing the FX work on it. The size of the production was just massive hence being split across London. Its nice to see it come together on the trailer finally (and some of my work in it). I'm still on the fence with bits of it but I'm sure it will be a spectacle to see once it arrives on the big screen. We'll be able to see where George Lucas and James Cameron drew their inspirations from at last.....cheersJango
holy....cow, seems to be a sure candidate for the Razzie Award - and not just for making an OST out of puff daddys "come with me" :xx: But the effects do look pretty good though :smug:
Oh no please lol I'm pretty sure that Andrew Stanton has better taste then that. Led Zeppelin came up with that riff first before Puff Daddy sampled it.Stanton has done a great job before so I will reserve judgement until I see the entire film. Edgar Rice came up with John Carter almost a hundred years ago. Pretty amazing imagination.
