Pixar has always kept me happy but I'm afraid that with this their trying to jump on the "Tangled" train... It saddens me. From what I 've seen of trailers and other footage... Tangled wins hands down!
Looks promising...... but it will take more to really get me excited about this in the new year when it's closer to being released. Looks like a mashup of Tangled & Braveheart but still.... Pixar hasn't dissapointed me yet.
so you were all good with Cars2....I am looking forward to this because its the first none sequel since UP. than I guess its back to more sequels/prequels seeing as Newt got canned.

I think the trailer build up looks kinda "generic". I was more a ease with just the first teaser. I'm a huge Pixar fan, and I was seriously disappointed after Cars 2. I honestly feel they dropped the ball on that one. I hope they will, once again, blow my mind Wall-E-style with Brave. We'll just have to wait and see I guess. The hair looks a-ma-zing though.

I don't know. just feels weird to me. 1. the skin shader, doesn't feel as nice as incredibles. 2. The art direction feels somewhat off. 3. The fluid/smoke sims seem to be lacking detail. 4. Story is OK but doesn't seem outstanding. 5. Looks more like open source short than a Pixar film.I could be wrong. Please let me be wrong. Pixar has never failed me.

Wow, a movie by Pixar with "real" people. That's a rarity. Releasing too closely to "Tangled", though, I'm afraid. (Tangled was awesome...this has big shoes to fill.) Pixar are masters, though.
