Squeenix looks to be focusing a lot on flash and flare. Which, okay they can look great, but did you catch the estimated number of man hours that went into the "demo" sequence those characters were used in? When I read that figure my jaw literally dropped. Expanding those kinds of figures out to a full scale game production and we're talking MMO costs for your standard RPG derivative. That's not remotely sustainable.
