Istvan – aka Chaotic Atmospheres – reveals his recent CINEMA 4D project that investigated the strange shapes created as a tribute to mathematics. Get inspired by the forms and shapes!

Istvan – aka Chaotic Atmospheres – is a freelance illustrator and digital artist based in Geneva, Switzerland.

One of his recent projects is Maths: Rules - Strange Attractors. Istvan was inspired to create a series of 38 images representing mathematical shapes on white backgrounds – almost like a 'tribute' to mathematics, if you like.

He chose the theme of 'strange attractors' for their dynamic forms and chaotic natures. He says: "Because I'm not a mathematician, I relied heavily on several websites. Including one in particular, with free plug-ins for CINEMA 4D, which made it possible for me to configure these shapes easily. The website is in German, but Google translate did a good job – so many thanks to the author!"

Oh Thank You Thank You Thank You ! Double-WOW ;)
First it's a real inspiration - i love those visuals. Second point is i've lost Meiers webadress (and his name) for years. Working on Theo Janssen's Strandbeest i realized and love this site - and now it's found again. (and as German is my native language, this time i will check it in detail).
Best wishes, love and peace
