Notes:

This is my re-design of the classic Frankenstein's monster.

I used Maya for the base mesh, Mudbox for sculpting and texture painting. I also used a bit of photoshop for texture painting. It was rendered with Mental Ray in maya and post processed with photoshop and lightroom
