Notes:

I've made this image for ad Halloween contest.
The question is:
Who has woken up this creature?
I've done a fast concept and after I've worked on the mesh to create the volume.
Some hand of sculpt, and for the end UV and Textures.
All made in Blender and render with Blender Internal.
