I saw the escape video on your site (which is linked to from this page) and while good you still have work to do with your animation skills. More specifically the way you start and stop. Much of the animation (both video and character) is just that, start and stop. You need to work with the 12 principles, anticipation, ease in and out etc.. The character animation is quite stiff. You basically only animate between end poses and that makes for very linear animation. I suggest working more with weight and natural motions. There are a lot of frame shots with animated characters (in black and white) that much can be learned from. Textures also need more work. More use of grime, bleaching and other imperfections can help add some more life into the textures. You should also pay more attention to using real life hints in all your models. There is a lot of too foreign styles in the models, those detach the viewer from the familiar. Adding familiar hints into the detail grabs the viewer, and makes the whole composition become more believable. Finally the image on this page borrows a significant amount from the video game Vanguard. You should try and not borrow too much from others. I also agree with the points by Robert.

I really like the modeling and lighting, but I wonder if you could get a little more dynamic pose and shot. If you had more overlapping elements of the character, maybe split the legs a bit more so the lead foot is coming forward more, and place the camera near that lead foot it would feel a little more dynamic. If you haven't already, check out some YouTube Parkour videos. I use them for inspiration from because Parkour is almost always awesome looking.
