Like other guys said, hands are a bit small. Maybe this are the guys proportions :p. In everyday life you see people that are not perfectly proportionate.
Madmaster_3d : Even if he hes bodybuilding like arms his chest doesn't have to match the exact muscle tone. For example tall guys develop muscle mass slower on chest and quicker on the arm. Shorter guys develop a more constant growth on the entire body.

I think his muscle tone looks fine, but his left hand seems too small. Could just be the angle, though.
