Notes:
I have been wanting to create a 2d/3d scene inspired by the Batman Movies for a while.
I decided to go down the 3d route and obtained a Tumbler model via RustyTheOne, The Tumbler wasnt going to be enough, so I decided to model the Crown Victoria style of Vehicle.
To make the image authentic and really feel like a scene from the movie, I got in contact with Moof.com as they had shots from the exact location used in the movies.

With all these elements in place I shaded/textured and rendered the scene and brought into PS for minor compositing and grading.

The image took 3 weeks from conception to finish.

perfect and stunning, faboulous concept and realizations, only a little thing....the Tumbler got a antibullet glass so, the crack on the front glass is a mistake IMO :)

Very very nice image and composition. When I saw the piece on the front page of 3dtotal I thought it was an article about Dark Knight Rises. Anyways, very believable and breath taking. What did you use to render this image out?
