A alien game developer being interviewed on "Why are you a working in videogames?"

Wanted to try creating a realistic alien render as well as learning Mental Ray.

Amazing expression
Very good piece of artwork ! The shot looks original, and the expression of the character' s face says 1000 words ! It makes him look almost human ! Nice job ! :D

Thanks for the comments. As for the tshirt fabric, I originally made a weaving bump map like you suggested but realized that at distance you don't see it at all. I checked with references and it looks smooth like that so I decided to remove it so it wouldn't add to render time.

The fabric of his/her t-shirt is very weak - you should have used a weav bump map at least or anything - so it is very smooth - ...and the t-shirt covers a significant part of the image so it should have been better...that's why I give only 4 stars other things are good....
