Model is spot on, very Arnold, but agreed with the skin shader that it has too much "sss" going on. Also the thumb is a bit out of place. It seems some how too long or joints out of place, anyway, you wouldn't be able to twist your thumb in that angle. And I think his index finger should be visible some amount. Now it kinda looks that he doesn't have one. For the hair, I think it kinda suits him. Like having a little bit of hair gel on them. Maybe little more irregulation on the top of the hair. Okay, he's a robot but some times we have to make some compromises for visual appearance! But nonetheless great model!

Thank you for your nice comments!
About the skinshader, yes i see it, too.
I looked at the scalling option and i used a wrong
number. So the sss is too strong.
@ Djmi: The hair is geometrie since i suck with splines :-) And i build this for a 3dprint. But i was told that this kind of hair is still not good for printing and i made another version.
@Adovz: A "making of".... May be you tell me what step(s) are interesting for you? Wires don`t work since this is done in Zbrush and exported to 3dsMax!

Its a great movie so another Terminator thread is always gonna be ok.Both modeling and rendering is perfect. But strand of the hair is not divided enough I think. Looks a bit twiggy and sharp in some places.I like everything else :)Cheers
