Notes:
This was originally a personal scene created during the summer, doing a little bit more on the odd evening here and there. Eventually got it finished as you can see!

I wasn't going for a fully photorealistic result, just a more illustrative, pseudo-realistic image focusing on good Art Direction.

It was modelled, textured and rendered with Mental Ray in 3ds Max 2011, with 'all' the post in Photoshop CS4

Nice work on modeling, good lighting. Texturing is okay too but that overlayed grungy textures killed the depth and they are too obvious they added on photoshop. Also shades on the window looks too artificial. Other then it's nice image.
