I would tone down the lighting a bit. It's a little washed out. Otherwise, great job!

It’s really an excellent work.
I made some characters myself but they are still far away from this, but I agree with LEBAJE that there is too much bump on the face. If you still get the patience to reopen the scene, try a quick render with less bump. I think it would take it even to a higher level.
(It looks weird under the nose and the lips).

Amazing!!! i believe the only thing you got wrong was the 'x' on his jacket, it would look like a '+' if looked at while holding the jacket.

I like the glasses, but the rest seems a little subpar. The textures are muddy, and the modeling is not very smooth.
