This is awesome, whatever it is. Looks like a mix between a horse and a fish. What I love the most would be the textures, for they really stand out on this!

+1 with inveni0.Face came out very good except for the edge of the eye which looks a bit weird... YOu might want to fatten the lids a bit.

This is a good job, I like the creatures design, good modeling, I also don't like the hair that much, though, it could be completely personal preference in my case. Good job.
