Notes:
It is surroundings imagined with multiple real references. Is a work of texturing and illumination. All this modeled in Max 8, the illumination with multiple lights, a dome to simulate one skyline and spots for the main points of light, render uses scanline. All postpro of the image use Photoshop and Combustion.
