Great work on modeling and texturing! The lighting could be a little better and there are some serious AA-issues, I guess due low render settings?! Is this a model made for ingame use? If not, I suggest to use meshsmooth/turbosmooth on some of the meshes like windows etc. ;)

@daddydoom-it isn't the house from Psycho but I checked out that house after I read this comment and they look very similar, haha. I am pretty sure "Psycho" house is as creepy as a house can get. Currently working on the "making of" for this image.:) Thanks again for all of the feedback, it is much appreciated!

WOW, love all the detail. Agree with others about the roof. This structure would likely have a slate roof.
Would love to see a making of. Again nice job

Is this the Bates house from "Psycho"? Looks like it.Nice work overall, but the roof tiles could some work. They look too tidy and unspoiled, when compared to the rest of the house.

Thanks everyone for the feedback! Yes, the pitch of the roof for my reference was very steep. The roof and the chimney definitely need work. At this high of a resolution they look very new. For the reflections in the windows I used raytrace in the reflection material slot for a glass architectural material.

Nice job! I like the shadowing and the peeling paint. I have to agree that the roof to left and the fireplace to the right look a little too new. But I think that the angle of the roof is fine since it could just be a steep pitch to that portion of the roof line...that's the way those old Victorian homes are, lots of odd lines. Definately looks like a house that all the kids in the neighborhood would dare each other to go into!

Good work on the paint and wood texture. Modeling seems pretty basic. The roof angle on the left roof seems odd because of the perspective, look vertical.
Roof shingles and windows looks to new, compared to the state of the 'old' building. Reflection in windows look odd, I guess it's a tree reflection?

Really love all the detail
