good try ill give benefit of the doubt this gives away the hands have yellow color that's what you get eating health the red/blue light you see is background reflects on his shoulder waste the eyes
are not dilated as all 3d models do the vanes you see is a direct affect of steroid abuse now prove me wrong place a 3d model next too it untextured.

The brown/red colors of the center torso are a bit darker on your reference photo, the real one has been taking more "sun" than yours.But I will just said WOW! That's some big sculpting and texture work, really impressive!You've achieved to get some amazing realistic results, it looks like a real photo, your image deceive the eye and that's really hard. Congrats!*****
