This is a 3D concept of a demon character. He's a fallen soul who has let the evil tendencies in his nature to take hold of his life. I wanted to make him somewhat human but with obvious hellish and abominable characteristics. I sculpted and polypainted him in Zbrush. I then brought him back into 3ds Max and unwrapped him and set up the lighting and shaders with mental ray. Finishing touches of color correction, levels, and background work done in Photoshop.
