June/July 2010 Challenge "Movie Mashup" The Results

We are pleased to announce the winners of our June/July 2010 challenge. For those of you who don’t know we have launched a challenge system in our forums which vary from 2 hour speed modelling projects to detailed matte paintings, there is something for everyone with the 5 disciplines and many prizes in each category. However in this challenge we had a slightly different setup as we opened up the competition and gave you all an open brief. The challenge was to make a final rendered image in any digital medium under the title of 'Movie Mashup’. Have a browse through the winner’s artwork on the following pages, do you think you could be featured amongst these winners next month? Or just want to join in with the community for inspiration and fun. Here’s where to get started http://forums.3dtotal.com. A new challenge will launch in August and every month from then on!
