'Creature Concept Sculpt With Narration'

by Josh Robinson

Software Used:

ZBrush

This is a two hour creature sculpt speed up so that the video is just slightly over one hour long.  I'm narrating during the entire process as well.  There are no annoying cuts or fades that suddenly reveal a nearly finished model.  I show you the entire process from start to finish, including mistakes.  I hope you enjoy.

Thank you for being vary REAL on your modeling. I also hate how people love to just SHOW some work and "poof" its done... Like they can not ever make any mistakes in there life...

I really need to go strait to z sphere instead of trying to do it from a sphere but the poly don't like to distribute correctly and I end up just having to do clean up work :(

An excellent tutorial, so good I had a try myself and learned a great deal. I have started to use reference images far more in a bid to improve my ability. I am still a very poor artist but this has helped me improve greatly. Thank you very much for sharing this and showing even great artists make mistakes.
