Create a nurbs surface with 50 patches in U and V Rotate 45 degrees


Select all the isoparms and duplicate surface curves


Curves from nurbs surface.


Create a rectangular nurbs curve with smooth corners


Extrude all the curves with the rectangular nurbs curve I recommend a multi extrude tool (tiny tools).
