Okay,
getting somewhere eh? Get in the Surfaces
Panel again and enter the Texture Channel
for Diffuse. Use the following settings
for the first texture.

Add New Texture when you are done with
the first, and use the following settings
for this one. We need an Alpha Layer
to cut out the white areas.

Okay,
we are just going to add a few procedurals
in the Bump Map channel now to get the
final paper look, and then it's time
for some bones.
Open
up the Bump Map Channel and use the
following settings for the first texture.
